This piece is a reflection on life as a constant state of in-between. Life and death. Earth and sky. In-breath and out-breath. It echoes all the spaces ever encountered; shows the transition between them; and highlights that eventually, our response to being transient is to grow. This is a contemplation of human experience.

Choreographer Emily Moffat (Auckland, NZ)

Emily Moffat is an emerging artist who is interested in working with a hybrid of art forms. A graduate of the University of Auckland Dance Studies Program, Emily is currently training at React Circus Studio under their Rise Mentorship and aims to explore the blending of circus and dance. Emily often considers her work to be experimental, and enjoys working in a collaborative way.
